Don’t start writing down how you are going to change your whole life in the first week of January. You know how we do ladies. We get so pumped up, then by February or March we realize we can’t keep up with everything and give up cause “we tired”. Or we trying to save a million dollars and we don’t make even half of that. Create SMART goals.
